Recreate habitability habits both in the local population and in the people who are taken there by another symbol of Arraiolos: the rugs. It seems imperative to us to develop a program that never forgets the fire to “cook” the urban fabric of the inhabited and active city with the castle and its ever-present wall.
REHABILITATION
OF BANDA DA ARMADA BUILDING
Winner of the 1st prize in the competition.The intervention to be carried out is intended for the remodeling and expansion of the Banda da Armada Building located in the Personnel Service Facilities, in Alcântara. The intervention has as priority the conservation and enhancement of the building, seeking to respect its framing and identity.

The speed of life and changes in our civilization are not always accompanied by the evolution of urban systems.
Needs and expectations of contemporary pronounced by society contrast significantly with what the existing urban design has to offer. The Smart City idea was driven around design for social innovation, sustainability and creating a space for the development of creative urban lifestyles.
VFX
MULTIPURPOSE PAVILION
A proposal for the Urban Park of Vila Franca de Xira presents two outstanding moments in the territory:
the Plaza de Toros to the northeast, a cylindrical volume, and the Pavilion to the southwest, a pure translucent box. Between these two moments is the leisure area that should be complemented by this new equipment.
The idea behind the proposal is the possibility of transfiguration of the volume built through its materialization and also by the various possibilities of paths that the equipment in operation suggests.
To the west, on the edge of the national road, we propose the inhabited wall, modulated with the restoration program.
EMBRAER: TRAINING SCHOOL FOR
AERONAUTICS-IEFP
The building complex, promoted by the IEFP, located in the town of Évora. This project defines as base the creation of three bodies built from scratch, in a model and prefabricated system, with two level floors.
